dizzy/weak rightside/speech loss/ grip

I'm 27 and for 2 months now everyday and getting worse I get dizzy and my rightside goes weak and loses hand control. And the ability to talk right goes. Major sluring. Lasts 20 secs. Its not a sugar problem. I eat well to. Heart beat does not increase. Not hard to breath. It feels like its in my nervous system. I can be sitting, laying, you name it. About 15 to 20 times an hour. I don't have insurance.

You might be having a stroke. I know your young but I just had one at the age of 43, dont ignore it, because I did the same, and I had no insurance also, my kids  made me go, and I had a blocked arterie in my neck,I was having the same symtoms as you, get it check and like my kids said , It will all work out mom!

It seems like you are having "stroke-like" symptoms which are intermittent, also known as TIA's (Transient Ischemic Attacks).  Strokes are not to be taken lightly, permanent damage is usually preventable with early diagnosis to correct the underlying problem.  Insurance or not, you need to see a doctor asap!

At your age, one would imagine you have either vasospasms in your brain (where the arteries spasm), or another artery problem, most likely not plaque because of you age but it could be.  Also, you could be having microclots blocking blood flow for some reason.

TIA's are warning signs.  A second potential diagnoses is "migraine-like" symptoms as the event last about 20 minutes each time.  And a third diagnosis could be a tumor of some kind but it does not seem the symptoms would come and go.  And finally, a fourth, atypical seizures.

Regardless, seeing the doctor, especially a Neurologist will provide a diagnoses.  You can bet on a CT Scan or MRI.  There is also a diagnosis known as pseudo-seizures.  The symptoms you are describing are VERY serious.  No one can help you if you do not take responsibility for yourself and go to the doctor.

One day you might have these symptoms and they might not go away!  Would not having insurance matter then?  If you are worried about not having money, weigh money against potentially losing half of your body, or better yet losing your life?  Go see a doctor!
