dnc/still no period

I also had a dnc October 30 because I had a fetus inside of me that wasn't alive and my body wouldn't miscarry. So they did a DNC and that was October 30th. I called for my two week followup and they said I didn't need one. I still haven't started my period but during the time I would have a cycle I just have the most painfull cramps I can imagine. 800 motrins won't even help the pain. Is this normal. Also I have my whole left side is tingling and numb with muscle spasms.

I was on the nuvaring before when I take it out it gives me a pretend period and I am in pain until I put a new ring back in a week later. It is the only birth control that doesn't mess with my lupus. I have an appointment with a dr tomorrow had to file complaints and now I have an appoinment. I'm loosing faith in Dr's.

Sounds like your NuvaRing is too strong, maybe?  I'm not sure how that even works...are you supposed to take it out to induce a period?
