Apologies for the delayed response, I was on vacation.
There are a variety of conditions that can lead to your symptoms. I would first start with neurologic causes, which possibly may be related to your fall. Imaging the brain can be done, starting with a CT scan or MRI. These tests should be performed also in conjunction with a neurology referral.
As for the fatigue, various blood tests can be done to exclude the more common causes. These can include kidney and liver function tests, looking at the thyroid function, blood count, and vitamin B12 level.
These options should be discussed with your personal physician, in conjunction with a neurologist.
