Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
If primary biliary cirrhosis is associated with lymph node and spleen enlargement, then usually it is due to an autoimmune disease and you may have rheumatoid arthritis, scleroderma, Sjögren's syndrome, or autoimmune thyroiditis also. Do discuss this with your doctor (preferably an internal medicine specialist) and get yourself examined. Take care!
