I am not a doctor or medical professional. However, dark stools can be a sign of bleeding higher up in the digestive tract, and internal bleeding can cause anemia which can cause paleness. Have you been checked for ulcers and anemia? Hope you feel better soon.

Your ESR is about double what it should be for a young woman, indicating
inflammation and/or an infection.
Unfortunately it is not specific to any condition in particular, but an underlying systemic infectious condition is very likely.
Additional tests may be ordered by your doctor, before a diagnosis can be established.

Taking some oral magnesium supplements, will help, as they have laxative effects.
Make sure you stay well hydrated, by drinking spring water, 1 hour away from meals.
Avoid dairy and grains/wheat for a while and see if it helps.

Anemia has to be ruled out as a cause of your paleness.

Low thyroid function should be ruled out as well.
I suggest you ask for Free T3, Free T4 and Reverse T4, instead of the standard thyroid tests, for better accuracy.

I hope this helps, however, my comments are not intended to replace medical advice.

Best wishes,
Niko
