feeling chilled from inside out

At times I suddenly feel chilled from the inside out and can't get warm without a heating blanket.  This even happens at night in bed.  Seems to be happening more often. Can you tell me what is casuing this.

Hi
Thanks for writing to the forum!
This could be due to hypothyroidism, low blood sugar or anemia. If all these are normal then adrenal insufficiency should be looked into.
Hope this helps. Do discuss this with your doctor and get yourself examined. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!

Have you had your thyroid checked and been checked for anemia?
