feeling faint and nausea sometimes both

I forgot to add the sudden feeling of heat coming over me! I just suddenly get very hot and have to sit down cause i feel like I am either going to throw up or faint!

Welcome to the forum!
I have replied to your other post too. The symptoms of sudden feeling of heat coming over, feeling nauseous and faint is the natural sequence of events before a person faints. It is also felt in hormonal imbalance and GERD. It is difficult to comment what is the cause on net. Do discuss with your doctor and rule out the possibilities mentioned in the other post one by one.
