How long have you had this illness? If you have had it longer than a week or two than it could be an ulcer caused by a bacteria called Helicobacter pylori, or it could be your gallbladder, or if you are a woman you could be pregnant (if you haven't checked) . Also you could have too much stomach acid. You would try over the counter Zantac and see if this helps or omeprazole. But omeprazole can cause diarrhea in a lot of people so if that happens stop taking it. Just take it once as directed on the box and see if it helps your stomach. I would see a doctor and see if they can figure out which of these things it is. They may want to do an upper GI test   or an ultrasound of the gallbladder/liver kidney. I hope this helps.

It sounds very much like you have a stomach bug.  Keep to bland foods and avoid all dairy foods until you feel better.  If you do not feel like eating that is fine as long as you are drinking plenty like diluted juices, water and a consome (water) soup.

As the profile does not always show the correct gender, if you are a female, you may be pregnant.
