it sounds like bad anxiety. could be due to stress or depression, can you go to the docs and say how youv been feeling? they can get you to do a depression questionnaire. if you need counselling they can refer you. is there anything bothering you at the moment? what thoughts go through your mind? it sounds like you need to talk to someone, so i suggest starting with your doc. good luck.

Sweetie you need to fnd out whats making you so mad and deal with it because stress and depession is not a good thing for the human body at all just take a day and relax and write down the negative things in your life right now and find a way to deal with them in a positive way..I was the same way  every sence i was 8 but mines got bad i had an seriouse anger issue and took it out on everybody even people that loved me and i loved..I had to go get treated with medication to calm me down i was also sent to a mentle instiution but i new i didnt need to be there but my actions chose other wise ive been locked up serveral times and have a backround of violent behavior now its hard to get jobs. I dont want you to go tru that so find out what makes you mad and find the best way to deal with it..My lil sister which is now 17 is the same way and now she is locked up for mansluaghter in the 1st degree.I knew if i was there to help her she would of calmed down because i was the 1 she looked up to and listened to but i wasnt at that particular time. Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
You are probably suffering from depression. Either some traumatic experience in recent past or some stress has left you feeling like this. You will need to consult a counselor or a psychiatrist for this. Abstinence from alcohol, nicotine, caffeine etc would help in prevention of further attacks of anxiety. Practice relaxation techniques like breathing exercises, yoga, exercise which are helpful tools in dealing with stress there by avoiding anxiety. Hope this helps. Take care!
