fleural thickining
my x tray result stated that i had fleural thickining at the right upper lung with smooth imferior border,, what was this mean and treatment?
Are you sure it wasn't pleural thickening? What was the reason for the x-ray?

I don't understand. Who ordered the x-ray & why who gave you the result and what was recommended ?
You meant Pleura thickening (pleura is the lining/membrane surrounding the lungs.
Is it related to exposure to asbestos? That's one of the main causes, but there are many other causes.
Unfortunately this is irreversible but after the underlying cause is identified, perhaps it can be treated.
The only treatment for the Pleura thickening is medication to help with managing the symptoms.
