Are you taking any antibiotics for your UTI, kidney infection?
If not you may need some to get better.
Are you running a fever? or vomitted? feel shivery?

If you are taking antibiotics already, it may be the antibiotics which are causing the diarrhoea,
If you are not taking antibiotics and the diarrhoea is still there drink plenty of fluids, and get checked out by a doctor.

Good luck

You might be having a reaction to the antibiotics? But then again i feel you should be seeing a doctor about the fainting, and the tingling you are experiencing.

As the fainting and tingling come only since you took the antibiotics? if so you may need to change them.

But please get checked out by a doctor for the fainting and tingling

I had a similar problem a few years back i has like 5 back to back uti's and the figured out it was my diet i had to many dark drinks, fried foods, and lack of water. I did buy azo cranberry pills and that helped but cranberry juice and lots of clear liquids with a healthy diet should help as well. i hope you feel better.
