hi im 32 years old and av had chest pains on and off for 10 yrs somedays i have no symptoms at all, i have had tests and they were all normalNormal saline flush, my doc diagnosed anxiety but im not sure im happy and dont worry about much only these pains help!!!!
Everyone gets some pains now and then and if you're anxious not only do you notice them more you cause them by being tense in your muscles. Not to mention anxiety giving you indegestion problems which also have chest pain as a symptom.
10 years is a long time. If it was something serious it surely would have got worse in that time.
It sounds like the main thing to get on top of is the anxiety as there is no point in having no heart problems if your quality of life is as bad as if you did have some heart issue.

Have you talked to a doctor about your anxiety?
Good luck.
