hate when this happens

i need help ive had this happen to me a few times before, i was sitting around just came back from skating and i sit down for about an hour but as i was getting up i started loosing my vision and couldnt talk and walk i fell really drained, now im on the ground outside my buddys  app... and i fell really warm now. so im on the ground cant move nothing, barely breathing and i cant figure out why plz help me anyone its happened twice already.... ive lost about 30 to 40 pounds since last year and now im 125p, 130p... could it be from stress or maybe not eating enough.. plz respond....

What you describe sounds like a transient ischemic attack (TIA), wich is a transient stroke that lasts only a few minutes.
You must go to the ER right now and have medical attention!
