head ache, dizzyness/light-headedness, nausea

Hi,
I have given birth to my son 9 months back and my BP went little low for few days. Then I had the IUD 5 months back. From that time I have little back pain.
But for the past few weeks I observe my BP going to 96/68 or above. I get frequest head-aches, get stressed out soon, get tierd soon. When i have the head-ache, it will be dizzy along with nausea. Sometimes i feel as if I am about to vomit, ofcourse nothing happens. I feel more thirsty too.
I do sleep like 7-9 hrs daily.
Another thing to say is, i was diabetic when i was pregnant, but it became normal after my delivery.

If anybody have any idea please kindly let me know, if these symptoms are related or not.
