head injury/headache

My husband had a box fall off a shelf 3 days ago, he has a goose egg on his forehead from it, and has suffered a headache ever since. It is now day 3 and the headache hasn't went away. He is usually able to handle pain very well (has been in severe vehicle accident and deals with pain daily), but this headache has been making him sick! I have tried the usual Tylenol, painkillers, etc, but nothing is touching the headache. We do not have medical coverage for me to take him in to be looked at so I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for us? Please let me know, Thank you in advance,

It is common to suffer headaches after a head injury. The headaches can be mild, tension headache types or migraine types. This can be relieved either by antidepressant or anti migraine medicines. I understand you do not have insurance coverage, but there must be some way to get medical help. Your husband needs to be seen by a doctor to reach proper diagnosis and also his blood pressure needs to be checked.
