head pain

I'm 23 years old, 2 children and a husband. So yes a bit stressing at times. The last month I've been so weak, tired, nerves shaky, headache, dizzy and faint. I've gotten mri mra mrv ct and cta. Neurologist only said pressure in my head and gave me xanax and topimax recently stopped using because of the effect on parenting it just don't work xanax is a drug that prevents you of anything even for self. So after stopping that he gave imitrex I almost died, couldn't move breathe speak anything. I'm so scared, I've noticed when being surprised or any excitement I get so weak to the point I could barely stand. I need answers it almost feel as if I'm fadiing away slowly.

nausea often goes along with headache and dizziness. maybe you caught something, are you sure nothing unusual happened before you had the symptoms? cold, cough, gastroenteritis?

did they check your liver function? serum proteins

the Neurologist dismissed your symptoms as psychogenic, originating from your mind. and he gave you something for the headache thinking it was unrelated.

You're saying when you're overly stressed you get weak on the legs? "jelly legs"?  it does seem that there is a strong psychic component. probably there's something physical gong on and you are overly worried about it.

MRI is a 1950s technology not everything can be seen there but it ruled out severe problems in the brain.

did you do Complete Blood Count recently? was there any value out of range? any other symptoms, nasal drip, loose stool, bladder/bowel symptoms?

I heard that high doses of Gabapentin are used to treat symptoms similar to yours. it should work as a replacement of Xanax and it's relatively safe. it should work on your anxiety but if there's something else going on for example some types of flu can disturb the central nervous system, you'll  have to wait it out I don't think there's anything doctors can do about it.

do you smoke or drink alcohol? if you do you should quit.
