Those are common symptoms of malaria. Are your fevers worse at night night? And also do you live in a malaria endemic country ? If yes then i suggest you get an antimalaria drug. It could also be sign of another infection asides malaria.

Hi,
You may have some type of infection, or an illness. You should see a doctor for advice and a diagnosis, before your symptoms worsen. Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen can help reduce fevers and pain (read the directions on the label for dosage information), but you should still be seen by a doctor in order to determine what the problem is. I hope you start feeling better soon. Get plenty of rest, and keep drinking healthy fluids to stay hydrated.
