headaches, nausea, fatigue

i been having headaches,nausea,fatigue,and i dont know what it is i thought i was pregnet so i did 3 pregnancy tests and it showed negative what could i have i dnt have money to go get checked please help me

Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
If you have missed your periods, then go for a blood pregnancy test for confirmation. This is not expensive and yet reliable.
If pregnancy is ruled out, then anemia, PCOD, diabetes and hypothyroidism along with low/high BP could be the cause. Stress is another major factor. Get this evaluated and you should be fine. Take care!

You could still be pregnant.. Years ago, I went to planned parenthood and they tested me for pregnancy and it was cheaper than todays pregnancy tests.  You could look into that.

its weird im having all the pregnancy symptoms including itchy breast...thank you i will try B12

it could be a number of things u could be under stress and ur iron could be low i go threw the same things and always think i am so now i take b12 and it helped alot ur hormones could be messed up as well
