my ct brain came normal.i am trying epley maneuvers for the past 5 days but its not helping me, stemetil and serc16 mg are not helping to overcome my vertigo , my ENT doctor did check for nystagmus before sinus surgery. No treatment is of any help.
can depression cause vertigo....i started to experience vertigo after major attack of depression which lasted for 4 months. my ENT doctor also said that tension and anxiety could be the cause of my vertigo .. but i am already on  anxiety meds for past 2 months( inderal and amitryptyline)

Try not to panick, you will be ok.

Get the CT; that is important.

Epley Maneuvers are usually recommended for vetigo secondary to BPPV.   Since you just had sinus surgery recently, I would not recommend doing these maneuvers unless a physician has recommended this.  NOT all people are "amazingly cured" by these maneuvers; about 80%.

Is the Stemetil helping at all?

Have you had any vestibular testing done before the surgery?

one more thing to ask
what do u think about the epley maneuver for vertigo? i was searching the youtube for it and found out that many people have been amazingly cured by epley exercises, i wonder y my ENT surgeon didn't tell me about it.

i went to another neurologist yesterday, he has advised me CT brain without contrast to exclude space occupying lesions. this has alarmed me, if the CT comes out with something abnormal? last night i was having severe vertigo it seemed as if some1 was moving my bed, i think i am dying

I would probably say neck muscle spasms are another symptom.

As I stated in an earlier post, request imaging.

Have you seen your dentist about the headaches?  They could originate with your Temporo-Mandibular Joint (TMJ).  In fact (often undiagnosed) TMJ problems cause more headaches than sinus problems.  Please check this out as tension may also be involved leading to jaw-clenching, especially while sleeping.  Good luck!
