Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
The symptoms (numbness & drooping of one side of face) is very suggestive of a mini stroke and definitely a MRI of the brain should be done ASAP. Please consult a neurologist else go to ER for MRI.
Hope this helps. Take care!
