hearing ear noise with neck movement

I have a weird sound coming from my inner ear when I move my head and neck around. it is not tinnitus as I already have that. has anyone ever had this. my doctor has never heard of it.

might have fluid on the inner ear, try using a hair dryer to get rid of it.

I have what I describe a sound of marbles clanking together. I am not sure what causes it however I do have minimal arthritis in my neck(I was born with arthritis). I notice when the sound is louder I tend to have a more severe headache(migraine?).
