heavy and tingly

My out legs are feeling heavy and tingly no matter what I am doing it is waking me up at night. What can be the problem?

Not sure but restless leg syndrome or neuropathy comes to mind

This does sound like restless leg syndrome. Start with your primary health care physician and if they feel it necessary they can refer you to someone else.
