How did you arrive at your diagnosis?  Have you seen a doctor?  If not, you should.  Please don't be embarrassed: I know bodily functions can cause such a reaction, but it really isn't necessary.  At some point in our lives, we all have a problem we would rather not talk about, but at least you are trying.  :-)

Here is a link with more info about your condition.  You really need to see a doc about your problem.

HPV is really nothing to worry about at all. Once you get the warts burned or frozen off, they usually do not come back. And once most people get over the first warts, they never get a single other one. It doesn't cause any other symptoms, except some strands can lead to cervical cancer in women. It's really nothing at all to get worked up about. I'm sure if you see a doctor they will tell you the same thing.

I had a friend who had warts really bad.  She was given some topical cream which cleared them right up.  She was afraid to be treated and they got worse and worse.  Definitely get it taken care of ASAP (I've read they can spread inside).  Ask if you can try the topical if you are scared of having them removed.  Don't be embarrassed or ashamed...doctors see this everyday.  Good luck!
