Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
If you do not have any STD, then the burning could be due to frictional rub and hence he too gets red spots or it could be due to yeast infection.
It is difficult to comment beyond this at this stage. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!

Definitely get tested again at your next prenatal checkup to make sure the stds didnt take their time to show up and stop having sex until you find out what is going on. You dont want to put you unborn or yourself at any undue risks. Tell your man whats going on(if you havent already) and encourage him to get tested as well. Might be as simple as vaginal dryness which is common during pregnancy but just to be on the safe side...be careful. You never know what someone might or might not be doing behind your back.

You should tell your boyfriend to get checked out just in case, it could be yeast infection i don't think they test for that when they test for HIV and so on. Try having sex with a condom and see how you are after, for you it could be that there isn't enough lubrication. Make sure your boyfriend gets an answer off his dr so you then know if he's got an STD or not.
