I hvae been feeling dizzy, lightheaded, feeling weak, shaky, nausea (in the morning its really bad, to the point where i cant even smell food without being sick), also i have been having memory loss. i would go to the doctor but school just started and i have missed 4 days and almost got checked out early every day. Im taking anti-depression medicine. it might be the casue of it but it never made me feel like this before. Also just got over a bad break-up, and have been really depressed. My friends say its the break-up but it have been going on longer than that so i just dont know.

have you talked to your dr. or psychiatrist?  Your plate is really full.  Maybe you should go to therapy.  When I was depressed it was good to be able to talk to someone who listened to me and gave good suggestions.  Never feel unloved.  Our Lord loves you more than anyone else.  He died to give us eternal life.  When I was depressed, I would pray the rosary.  I honestly felt better.  Another suggestion is not to put yourself down.  Make a list of the positive attributes that you have and be proud of them.  One other thing that helped me was lively music- not depressing songs in which I would sing to.  I would keep a journal, and I would write poems.  Yes, being depressed is a bummer,  but you have to work to get well and it doesn''t come easy.  God bless you.

it sounds like depression. You should always think of happy thoughts because being depressed/ stredssing can lead to other health problems.  In life we have to live kearn and accept things for what they are because we can't change back time.  Always love yourself 1st unconditionally and do not allow any1 or anything to bring you down.  You are a very special person and you need to accept how great you are.  Always keep happy thoughs and try and discard bad and sad thoughts even the "what if's".  Replace them with I can, I will and I must. Set goals and conquer them even saying little prayers will help ease your mind.  Good luck n God bless <3
