thank u for the suggestions, im gonna try the allergy medication to see how that works for me. when i exercise my arms are bare so i dont think its the clothing but im gonna try a differnt laundry soap
TO ADD: try to keep a regimen with exercise meaning don't go days, weeks or months between exercise workouts. This might subside as you become more active with frequent workouts.
Sounds like Exercise Urticaria or Cholinergic Urticaria.
You can try: 1. Taking an antihistamine prior to exercising, i.e. Claritin
2. Doing a slow warm-up prior to the actual work-out
3. Wearing clothing light-weight to exercise in; clothing that
breathes well, i.e. 100% cotton
when i sweat thats when the itching starts
i have always been this way. i dont exercise often cause i get embarssed when i start itching
