hot palms and bottom of feet, very twithcy legs, poor sleep

Has anyone heard of very hot hands and bottom of feet, My skin is also hot to touch sometimes, It's been up too 3 degrees higher than norm, but internal temps ok. Been like this my whole life but it's definately getting worse. Have rapid heart rate, 100-150 mg Atenol/day.
Bad alergys and sinus, alergic to alot of things, esp. enviromental.
Please help, I can't sleep with my Husband most of the time because of it.

It could be due to hyperthyroidism or menopausal hormone imbalance. High blood pressure and intolerance to environmental temperature is also possible. Sometimes heat allergy gives similar feeling.

After  3 nose surgeries, scans, MRI  etc, due to severe sinus infection, I  found fantastic relief with the  Silver Probiotic, it is sold  in any Mart !   I spray  it twice into my nostrils and  I am very  happy !
Hot feet, hot ankles and hot hands:  I had it, yesterday went to my  chiropractor who worked on my pinching nerve.
  I  got relief.
