Hi nena.
This could be one off many things.
This could be gallstone pain, often felt in the shoulder.
This could be GERD, which is acid reflux, and if it happens at night time only, this is the best possible cause.
This could be from inflammation in the chest, or from some form of nerve damage.
But whatever it is , you need a full evaluation, and blood tests, to check for inflammation. which is an ESR. etc....
Go and see your GP for a full check up.
This could be from something minor to major, so dont wait for it to go away.
Have you had a chest x-ray?
Good luck
Nicola
Have you tried an antacid or a gas medication? It is possible that it is acid reflux or just gas. However, you should never take chest pains lightly. It probably would be in your best interest to see a physician.
it might be your gall bladder do you ever feel kind of a heart burn feeling when you have the chest pains? I had to have my gall bladder out and your pain areas sound like mine. But you could have also pulled something in yout pectoral area. I would call a Dr. Cause if it is gall bladder disease you don't wanna let it go like I did
