I have major anxiety issues. And to me your symptoms sound more Luke something you should checked by a doctor. It doesn't sound like the symptoms of anxiety except for the stress and the worrying. But that is not enough to be diagnosed
I have problems like this too as well and I have been told that I have some irregular heart activity but nothing to worry about!! It is very hard for me to even go to bed now untill like two or three am sometimes later and don't get much sleep. I don't take a lot of oral meds. I have a pain pump for my back just wondering if all my tiredness and fatigue could be coming from my pain pump from medtronic? If it is how do I find this out? I would really like the pump off and go back to the meds I was on they were working fine! Have horrible chronic pain see pain management doctor have gone through all testing mris and scans you can think of including injections. I am really scared at times even if well rested I fall asleep at the drop of a hat!?? This really scares me very badly I can even be driving and have this happen! What do I do please help as I said yes I do have a intrathecal pain pump with dilaudid and bupivacane and it really scares the crap out of me pardon my language I don't know what to do want and need help! Anyone have any suggestions please!! Sincerely, Holly From WI Thanks for help!!!
Best thing for you to do is go see your dr right away...no one can diagnose you over the computer and the only advice that will help you right now is to go and get examined by your GP. Many symptoms related to anxiety can be similar to what you describe, and can even be delayed reaction to stressful experience. A person may not feel they have anything to be stressed over, but a stress reaction can be delayed from an event days, weeks and even months previous. Heart palpitations are common in anxiety, and it is a scary thing. Anxiety attacks can be minor or major in intensity.
It is best for you to go and see the dr. and get some advice and tests. You can confirm the diagnosis of anxiety disorder or find out something more serious. Then you know better what to do. Make sure they do a thorough exam and testing with blood tests to make sure there are no underlying infections or disease that can be causing your symptoms. Adrenal testing is good idea, to see how we respond to stress and if there are any insufficiencies. Our bodies tell us things, and it is good to pay attention.
Best wishes for you.
