i have some symptoms whats wrong with me?

hello everyone i have some symptoms whats wrong. lately my penis is tightened up and its shrinking and it feels hard and constricted and i always feel nervous inside i have dry mouth and headaches no sex drive. anyone ever hear of the stress response i heard that stress hormones could cause all this stuff what do you people think. is it possible i have too much stress hormone in my body. can stress hormones lower testosterone. also i had my testosterone tested and found out that my total testosterone is normal but my free testosterone is border line low whats wrong. i know thats alot of symptoms i listed but i would definetly appreciate if anyone could answer all of them. also im 22 male healthy normal weight and height also my eyeslids feel real sticky is that caused by the stress hormones.

first of all you should go to a doctor and tell him the symptoms that you are having and i am sure that he will be able to help you out. i do not know what it could be but i am sure that the doctor will. good luck and let me know how you get on.
