Ibuprofen is an anti-inflammatory drug and can cause stomach bleeding.
Normal pain relief medication is fine.

Thanks for your query.
It will be too difficult to say at this time. You must wait for your regular period to happen. Cramping can be relieved by analgesics like ibuprofen.
If it persists meet your gynecologist for the same.

Best wishes

This is your period.  February 1st is tomorrow and it is quite normal for a period to fluctuate by a day or 2 days either way.

You are wise to use protection and also keeping a written record of your menstrual cycles also record your moods, which can change around 10 days before a period is due.

You may find Evening Primrose oil (it comes in capsules) helpful.

When someone does not eat properly and becomes anaemic that can cause different bleeds, from missed to heavy periods.

Sometimes it is hormonal.

For the pain you can use pain relief medication (not anti-inflammatory drugs), as directed on the packet for your age group.  You can also apply heat to your tummy or back by way of a hot water bottle or those heat packs to relieve the pain.

Make sure that you eat a healthy and well balanced diet and drink plenty of water each day so that you do not become dehydrated.
