intense hot/cold flashes with debilitating pain?

My wife has had so many tests ran and doctors dismiss this so I'm hoping maybe someone else out there has heard what this could be. The spells range in severity and duration but are always accompanied by the same symptoms. It starts with a general feeling of fluishness, no energy, itchy skin, and an odd smell of both urine and sweat. Within hours of this she is completely unable to regulate her temperature, doubling stomach cramps and horrible pain throughout her body. Her teeth chatter even as she is sweating. She cant eat, sleep, and can barely function. Brain scans, thyroid, gallbladder and all blood tests always come back better than my own do. I'm desperate for answers.

Look into adrenal fatigue.
You need a good functional medicine or naturopathic doctor.
Conventional doctors will keep her in limbo, claiming adrenal fatigue is not an "established" medical condition!
Cheers,
