Vaginal odor can be the sign of a bacterial infection or possiby a hormonal imbalance. Urge your doctor to perform a swab to see if you do have an infection.  Also get your hormone levels checked with an easy blood test.

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
If HPV infection is ruled out (please double check this), then other causes of wart could be giant condylomas, bowenoid papulosis, eythroplasia of Queyrat or Bowen's disease.  All these are potentially premalignant conditions and need to be diagnosed by biopsy. Other than that it could be a solitary cutaneous myofibroma, or the rare glomus tumor, again diagnosed by biopsy. It could also be Fordyce spot (dilated blood vessel) or a skin tag or even a melanoma.
A foul smelling discharge from vagina can be due to bacterial vaginosis, candidia infection, or STDs like trichomoniasis etc. It can also be due to inflammation of the cervix or cervicitis. Foreign body in vagina like lodged condom, forgotten tampon can also be the cause. You will need to consult a gynecologist to get the vaginal discharge tested. It is difficult to find the cause on net. Correct treatment will follow correct diagnosis. Take care!

I would recheck with a different doctor.
just a few questions:

One: how much do you have sex?
Two: Do you have unprotected sex?
Three: If you are sexually active, is it with multiple people or a significant other?

I know these are personal questions but I'll have a better idea of how to help you
