Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
If there is pain both after masturbation and sex, then you must get a complete STD panel done. It can be Chlamydia and gonorrhea as both are silent STDs with often no symptoms. Other than that it can also be prostatitis. Other than that it can also be a frictional injury not healing. Exact diagnosis is difficult without examination. Please consult your PCP for primary examination followed by proper referral. Take care!
This is most likely chlamidya. i'm almost positive, and if this has been happening for 2 years you need to get to an emergency room or family dr right away for antibiotic treatment because you may have already damaged your testicles permanently and it may sterilize you. Chlamidya causes scar tissue to form around the testicles or fallopian tubes in women. Anyone you've had unprotected sex with in the last 2 years needs to be told about this or atleast dont have sex with them again until theyre treated because you will only give it right back to yourself. START USING CONDOMS BEFORE YOU END UP WITH HIV HERPES OR GENITAL WARTS, ALL OF WHICH ARE VIRUSES THAT HAVE NO CURES! IF YOU'RE GOING TO HAVE UNPROTECTED SEX IT SHOULD BE WITH 1 PERSON MONOGAMOUSLY. GET SOME CONTROL OVER YOUR URGES BEFORE YOU INFECT YOURSELF AND OTHERS WITH SOMETHING SERIOUS.
