hello doctor
                   my self rajinder rana ,i m 29 years &doing poultry  buissness.Sir im suffering from joundice since last 2 years.the range of LFT veries when i went outside home or travel long distance  the range of LFT increase.but LFT result never come limits .These result always remain upper to maxinum limit .the result of LFT  r on till date r  Briulium direct =1.91 Mg/dl Briulium Total =3.60 Mg/dl ,AST=28.29 IU/l,ALT=42.00,Alkaline Phosphate=98 RA.Hemoglobin=13.2gm ESR=4mm/1st hr TLC =5300Cells SUGAR FASTING=77.80MG/DI     TOTALcholestrol=175.3mg/dl            HDL=24.25 MG/DL     LDL=123.25MG/DL      VLDL=27.8MG  /DL                                               TRIGLYCERIDES =139MG/DL
Family history=my Father was  suferring from Liver cirroses & daibtes,mother  is sufering from Daibtes & blood presser

I would discuss these results with your physician.

Jaundice can be caused by liver and gallbladder disease, or any blockages in the biliary ducts.

Imaging the abdomen is recommended, starting with an ultrasound or CT scan.  An MRCP or ERCP can be considered if further tests of the biliary tree are recommended.  

These options can be discussed with your doctor, or in conjunction with a GI specialist.
