if i had a severe reaction of aggression to prednisone will cortisone do the same

if the end of the medicine is the same them more than likely you will have the same reaction.  Like cillin ... anything ending in cillin is going to affect people who are allergic to penicillin.  This is a non medical opinion as I am not a medical person but I got this explanation about another type of allergy.  I hope it helps.
