landed on back wrong, dont know whats wrong.

I was playing football with some friends and one of the guys were trying to slamm me to the ground and the other kids knee was right there and it went straight into this spot on my lower back right above my right hip. I couldnt move at all without it extremly hurting. they dragged me off the field and then i finally stood myself up. But although the spot of the pain and where i got hit is right above my right hip bone on my back every time i stepped on my left foot it would hurt. its not a bruise but last night it started hurting a little lower down my back and into my hip and i noticed that when id lightly press the area that was hit it would hurt the lower part to. So i dont know what i did to it but it hurts.

Lower back? Possibly the kidney?

i thought it might be the kidney but when i step wrong or stretch it wrong it hurts down through my leg
