loss of strength weak fatigue feel like low bone density, muscle loss

Overall I have lost the feeling of being strong and youthful as I am 22yrs. Over the period of 4 months I have been feeling weaker, bit dizzy at times, noticed my body getting smaller as though bone is getting smaller and muscle disappearing. My joints are more noticeable to me when moving and pop often, also I feel my bones more when I sit or place my arm on an arm rest. The girth of my hand and thighs have changed and gotten smaller. I saw the dr regarding this and did some thyroid and stool tests which proved okay. I felt that whatever I ate wasn't being absorbed by my body. Just recently I have started to have headaches, and feel a bit lightheaded if there is any connection. I used to be able to feel $y spine when I had backaches and just massage it, now I can't feel the spinal cord or see it when bending over as before. I know something is wrong but drs think I'm crazy, as the tests thus far prove normal.

I have the same symptoms and have had this for a few years now, i feel like i got it through sexual intercourse from my girlfiend at the time and believe it is a contagious disease. I was really scared that it might be hiv but have had an hiv test done every six months and they have all come back negative, like  i said it been about 5 years of living with this. I have given up on going to the doctor about this because they believe that i am a hypochondriac, but i know my body. I also noticed tiny little bumps on my knees, elbows, and upper chest similar to a rash and (not sure if this is related but pimple like bumps on my head) they dont pop like a pimple but sometimes i can get a little bit of fluid to come out. They eventually dry up and scab, i have also noticed headaches, joint pain, pain in my sinuses and all the other symptoms you listed. Let me know if you find out anything new, i'll keep searching online to see what i find.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Thyroid, adrenals, testosterone level, parathyroid gland function, diabetes, Vit D, Vit B12, and muscle enzymes should be tested to find the cause.
Since I cannot examine you and know other related conditions you may be having, nor is a detailed history possible on net, I have listed the various possibilities that should be looked into. Please consult your PCP for primary examination followed by proper referral. Take care!

There is little help here for what you are experiencing. You may truly have some problem, but you are seeing doctors who are doing testing. This is not the place to guess a diagnosis with so many strange symptoms.
