low ferritin levels and alcohol
This past year after only one drink, either beer, liquor or wine.. I get very sick the next day.  Extreme headache, nauseous, exhaustion and sometimes vomiting.  Now its happening and I don't even drink at all. Could this be caused by low ferritin level?  I sometimes would get the  migranes when I get my menstrual cycle,  but it seems to becoming at any time.  Is there a connection with low ferritin? Please let me know.  I end up in bed for several hours and I do not have time for that. thanks!

I remember reading that there are people who have a hidden liver condition that will not allow them to drink any alcohol at all.

I would not drink at all and would see a doctor.  I'd find out about diet and supplements you might need.
