low grade fever for years on and off exhaustion low back pain

the low grade fever would start out of the blue then go on every evening for 3 months or so usually in spring and winter. Now I have the exhaustion and low back pain together with that. Started end of february. Middle of april I am still suffering. Tests came out negative except anemia sometimes. Total cholesterol was a 100 taking small 15 mg of lepitor and 15 mg of atenlol for palpitation. Get sinus headache all my life with stuffy nose. Don't want to get out of bed but have to. ANYONE please help!

pray,go see  sinus Specialist,go to church and drink alot of water,try household cleaning method such as epa approved and Allergy killing vacuume cleaners bagless.and steam rug carpet cleaners with non Allergy fighting ingrediants,and Sinus Allergy bedding and pillows furniture,and air condition.But go outside to.Do not Smoke,or use Alchole.God Bless you and I hope you feel better and get well Healed.

Recurrent or chronic fever is seen in typhoid, tuberculosis, hepatitis, SLE, rheumatoid arthritis, Polyarteritis nodosa (PAN) and other auto immune disorders, UTI, drug fever, sinusitis, glandular fever, otitis media, IBS, HIV, STDs, endocarditis, parasitic infestations (like malaria), fungal infections, lymphomas and other cancers etc. It can even be diabetes and hyperthyroidism.
In women, even polycystic ovary, menopause, PID (pelvic inflammatory disease) should be investigated for.
Do discuss this with your doctor and get yourself examined. Take care!

hi, this probly wont be of much help, but i know that a fever is usually a good indication of an infection. low back pain with it could mean an infection somewhere in the back? like maybe a kidney infection, although you would have sharp side pain with that as well. being tired could very well go along with infection also because it could take a lot out of someones body to go through it for a long period of time. The new meds might be a possibility of the fatigue as well, have you done research on the meds? my best wishes! hope you get well soon!
