lump and painful infllammation around ear.

I disovered a hazelnut sized lump on the skull behind my left ear.
It is hard and painful when pressed. Right below my earlobe there is a small lump which is also painful. The are in front of my ear is infalmed and painful to press. I am expereincing nausea diffuculty falling asleep and irregular sweating. I also discovered a lump on my scalp aroung the same size as the one behind my ear. The skin on my scalp is also affected with soreness on the lump.
What might it be and are the two things perhaps connected?
