lung nodules/liver leison and shortness of breath any corrolation?

I have been dealing with shortness of breath for a long time over 2 years. I have had many tests and scans done.  All cardiac testing is coming back good.  They did find dye uptake on my breast which I had biopsied and it was fine. I had a kidney infection and have always had small amounts of blood and /or protien in my urine.    All blood work has been within normal ranges. After doing an abdomen and chest ct  I found out I have small nodules on both my lungs and a lesion on my liver which they feel is benign.  I just  had  a 6 mo ct followup and nothing changed.
Its frustrating not getting an answer to the shortness of breath.  It is not consistent  when it happens however it is happening more frequently. Especially when doing something more strenous such as carrying laundry upstairs or milk gallons from car etc... I am overweight which obviously doesnt help however the breathlessness was happening when I was much lighter and in better shape.  It was getting worse the more I exercised. The walking and swimming kept getting shorter and shorter.
Any suggestions would be greatly apprec.  I have seen my reg MD, a cardiologist and pulmonologist.  No one seems to have any answers just more tests they want to run....

Done all those things so far.  When I had upper GI done they did final small haital hernia and I  was on protonix for a short while.  I dont smoke and rarely drink.  Saw cardio 2 days ago and he now wants to do a VO2 study.. but I not sure I want anymore testing... they just keep finding things they want to rechk.  Nothing has shown up as to what is causing it.

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
If all causes of breathlessness are ruled out then get a spirometry test done to rule out COPD, and check whether the breathlessness is due to a bad gastric reflux. Take Omeprazole empty stomach in morning and an antacid gel at bedtime. Refrain from smoking, alcohol, fuzzy drinks and spicy food. Take care!
