I'm feeling almost exactly the same except that the bump behind my ear is much smaller now and stiffer. Before it was tender, huge and really red. I've lost about 30 pounds a few months ago, put it back the now again losing a lot of weight fast without doing anything. Do you hear little popping sounds when you move your head/face or make face gestures? Are the lymph nodes in your pelvic area swollen too?

I would go to a massage place and have them do lymph drainage- I'm sure you will better and they can assist you further.

A lymph massage may be a good idea, but if this is happening in multiple areas of your body, I would suggest seeing a doctor as soon as possible.  Lymph nodes swell as the result of infection.  They are part of the system that removes infection from the body.  A lymph massage may also be too painful due to the symptoms you have described.  You may have had an infection in the mastoid sinus (behind the ears) which caused the first lymph gland to swell.  From that point it may be overloading your lymphatic system, causing the other glands to become sore.
