Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
These spots or cysts like things on your inner thighs could be frictional injury (especially if you are obsess), or due to dermatitis, staphylococcal infection, psoriasis or due to allergic reaction to undergarments or trousers etc you wear.
It is difficult to prescribe a treatment without being able to examine the lesions.
Do discuss this with your doctor and get yourself examined. Take care!

Reason:
The spots/cysts are appearing due to mostly the skin system colliding with digestive system's error judgement and response to brain's coding.
Check all parts of the body.
