meningitis or West Nile Virus?

severe headache, slight fever, stiff neck , started with a sneeze that rattled the brain, also got bit by a mosquito several days prior to sneeze

I would recommend you go to an emergency room at a teaching hospital.

Yeah, I would go today.

Not to a "health care provider".

They may decide on a spinal tap (they may not), which should only be performed in a hospital.

Hopefully this is nothing serious but it would be wise to call or see your health care provider to be sure. There has not been much West Nile this spring that I have heard of. Mosquito bites can potentially be hazardous, but are generlaly are little more than itchy. Don't take chances - seek professional opinion and help.
