my body is always in pain .

if i do the littles work my body gets tired fast and aways in pain . i get this weird feeling in arms and hands (right side ). what is it and what can i do ?

Could be a number of different things.  See your PCP.

Unexplained aches and pains coming on and off could be due to fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, Crohn’s disease, H pylori infection, anemia, liver disorders, diabetes, hypothyroidism, Vit B12 or Vit D deficiency and due to calcium or magnesium deficiency.
Since there is weird sensation in arm on right side, nerve compression too should be looked into.
I think you should discuss these possibilities with your doctor. It is difficult to comment beyond this without examining. A comprehensive investigation is required keeping all the points in mind. Take care!

you should go and see your doctor who could prescribe painkillers. he might even need to run some tests. you could have possibley damaged a nerve good luck.
