nausea, dizzy, unable to move & extremely sleepy

so last December i started a strict & strenuous work-out regimen and ive been doing fine when i started i was 490 now im 385 and for someone my size it was hard to begin but once i found my stride it worked out fine. its now November and for the last two weeks ive been unable to go to the gym because of finances and today was my 1st day back and it was rough at start but i was able to barely pull threw it (not sure if my exact workout has a factor in what i will later explain happen to me but if so ill list in detail later) so on my way back to the locker room i could tell my body was spent but i took it as a victory pain cause i was getting back to my regular so i ignored it. After my work out i usually do 15mins in the Sauna and then i do 15mins in 5min increments in the Steam room, shower & go home... this is where the horrid event took place. i was fine after my 15mins in the sauna so i sitting down resting and letting my body temp go back 2 normal then i go in2 the steam room now usually my body is used to it but this time i felt like my body especially my feet & face were burning so i left cooled down and went back in and it was a little better then next 5mins but i could tell my body was screaming enough so i was like ok ill call it quits for today... so while showering i let the cold water run on me and stood there for awhile till i thought i was better and a guy from the gym that i havnt seen in awhile was happy to see me and we went back in the sauna to talk for awhile and i honestly felt fine while in there but when i left i went to take another shower and it hit me i felt like something was weighing me down and pulling me to the floor so i grabbed a stool and let the cold water run on me at this point i felt like i had to throw up and i know when its coming cause i start coughing but i tried to stop it cause i knew i have eaten so all i would do is either dry heave or vomit liquid so the water irritated me and it felt like someone was beating me in the back rather than just plain water so i tried to get up and almost fell and my breathing became very labored almost to the point that i couldnt and i just sat there hoping that i would go back to normal and it was just my body reacting to me being iin the heat too long so at this point im scared ******** im praying, giving myself pep talks, im trying to move my arms but i cant move at all so i hunched over and closed my eyes not cause i wanted to but because i had no choice and then the overwhelming sleeply feeling came over me and i couldn't move so im sitting there almost like im surrendering cause i really couldn't do anything and the whole time im like **** is this how im going out? and i have enough since to not give in to the sleep but im beyond tired and im feeling like my body is shutting down so eventually i start to feel normal well as close to normal as possible so i try to stand up and im not dizzy anymore but everything i felt turned in2 a horrible headache but i dealt with it till i got home.. its 4hrs later and i still have a touch of a headache and my breathing isn't labored but it feels odd if that makes any since... so if anyone can explain what the hell happen to me and how to avoid it in the future that would be great. Thanks for reading this long explanation lol
