Both? " A point of humor on your typo or was it a psychological slip? "

You are a mess... j/k. I hope this is it for you! I don't miss the migraine headaches either.... I was told one time to eat an apple... it works for me, it would be so bad my eye would tear & see white spots.

Stay well!

A point of humor on your typo or was it a psychological slip?  You will defiantly ask your doctor? :0)  Not as cooperative as you would like eh?

Important to stress want checked specifically- iron and ferritin & perhaps TIBC (total iron binding capacity) as well- not just a CBC.

I had severe endometriosis discovered during a previous laporotomy (done on an emergency basis due to a torqued hemorrhagic cyst) prior to my hysterectomy, where they unfolded my bladder after separating it where it was stuck to my uterus- removed a 2 cm chunk off dome of bladder.  I'm concerned about my osteopenia now, but happy not to have the pain of menses anymore plus an improvement in my migraines (down to about 5 times a month now and not as severe typically)!

Wow, I had no idea you had it this bad. I am sorry to hear this. I will most defiantly ask my endocrinologist or my PCP to test me. RBC I don’t know but I know my WBC has been elevated for 15+ years. It was 12 years before they found out I was a diabetic.
I had my uterus removed and then a year later they took the ovaries. I wasn’t a happy camper about that. All the pain I was having was from scar tissues grew all around brought my ovaries together and they snipped it out.
I wish you well.

You're welcome- I feel extremely blessed by God's grace and like to serve others.  Regarding the shortness of breath- this very well could have to do with being out of shape- however, if you are also having tachycardia- heart rate excelling beyond normal when exercising, I would still recommend getting your iron and ferritin checked to be sure they aren't low, because even if you have a normal CBC, you can still have symptoms from low iron in your blood.  I had symptoms with a normal CBC in the past from low iron when I was still having menses.

Now, I'm in surgical menopause, so menses and endometriosis bleeding aren't the issue, but I have had rectal bleeding and recently, I learned my ferritin dropped below normal and my iron took a plunge.  My RBCs flagged a little low, but I believe that's due to them combining the ranges for men and women, because I looked up in an old lab book of mine and saw it's normal for women to have a slightly lower RBC potentially compared to the men's range.  And with the iron still in normal range, having dropped from 93 to 45 in about three months time and the ferritin slightly below normal at 9, I noticed my tachycardia with my postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome being worse & feeling extremely tired.

I forgot to mention not only was I able to control my diabetes by diet & exercise (hi 60”s- low 70’s range)
I had to lower my activity level from..
“Tai Bo” or 8 miles on the bike to-
"Step” exercise, but I kept falling off the board from dizziness to-
Walking and couldn't do this because of chest spasms, short of breath, and weakness to - nothing.
I have had mild asthma years ago, (once every other 2 months or so I needed the inhaler) but was able to walk fast for about 5 years until I started feeling a burning sensation in my throat. I complained for about 3 ½ years. They dismissed these warnings. And that’s when I said I want to go to Washington Hospital Center for a second opinion. Had a Heart Cath.  that’s when they found the cardiomyopathy.

Thank you for taking time to educate me on something’s.
You said-   "According to emedicine, low potassium can cause nausea, fainting due to low blood pressure, abdominal bloating, and weakness."     I don't think they checked for this....
Very good, I am ...     "you said hypothyroid in state? “ According to nih, a gov website, early symptoms of this can include being more sensitive to cold, fatigue, weakness and unintentional weight gain. "      I have been on thyroid meds since 2008. I see him next month. I’ll keep you updated…. My blood pressure is below standard numbers.
You asked...     "What part of your neck is hurting- the cervical spine area, the throat or?”      If you were standing behind me it's on my right side, base of my head and down to the shoulder. And I hear crunching sound turning my head to the left.
Update:      I saw my Cardio yesterday and he said my Cardiomyopathy has not changed since 9/09. That's the good thing.  In addition he thinks it's the fibromyalgia is flaring up again... he could very well be right.  I’ve been under a lot of stress lately. Back to physical therapy... and pain management I go.
As for the weakness I am experiencing, he is saying that last year it looked like a virus attacked my heart and I am trying to recoup from this and that I am out of shape and have to gradually get back in shape and this is causing the shortness of breath.
Again thanks for your information, you are good!

Using symptom checker on medhelp, nausea, dizziness, neck pain, and general weakness could mean a heart attack- have you had your heart checked?

Have you had your blood iron and ferritin checked?  Being deficient in iron can cause cold extremities according to medhelp's symptom checker.  According to another website, it can also cause lightheadedness or dizziness.

If I couple cold extremities and dizziness, medhelp's symptom checker lists as a possibility arteriosclerosis. It lists pain but also lists high blood pressure as a symptom.  Do you have this.  If the pain is on the side of the front of your neck, have you had a doppler of your carotid arteries done?

According to emedicine, low potassium can cause nausea, fainting due to low blood pressure, abdominal bloating, and weakness.

But I see from your journal entry that you might be at least suspecting that you are hypothyroid in state?  According to nih, a gov website, early symptoms of this can include being more sensitive to cold, fatigue, weakness and unintentional weight gain.

What part of your neck is hurting- the cervical spine area, the throat or ?
