naval pain

I keep getting pain in my belly button. It happens when I sit up, sometimes when I'm walking or bending over, and in the morning because I normally sleep kind of in a ball, then when I flatten out of stretch I get the pain.

The pain is a sharp pain in my belly button and then a painful pulling kind of feeling into other parts of my torso. It's almost like something is caught up on my belly button and has made whatever is being pulled a little shorter. I have had this for as far back as I can remember. I think it happened a little less often when I was little. Either way it irritates me. I try to avoid doing whatever I was doing when the pain started and it's very irritating when someone is yelling at me to do something when I get that pain when I try to do it.

I think you need to get to a doctor to see what is going on.
