Do your ears hurt?  Is your hearing muffled?  Are you having any sinus problems?

I recommend you get your orthostatic blood pressures taken, since you feel dizzy when your arms are up above you.  I have postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome, and under certain conditions, my vision can start to go with holding my hands above my head.

Also, you may want to get your neck checked as this is one part of your arsenal toward balance, so you don't want that to be messed up.  And you may want to get vestibular testing from an ear nose & throat doctor, as inner ear trouble can also cause balance disorders.  Meneire's disease can cause vertigo and nausea, so hopefully you don't have that.

And if you get a fever and headache, you'll want to get meningitis ruled out.
